So many passions, so little time.
Hi, I'm Pre Reid, an artist, curator, and arts administrator based in Atlanta. As a mixed-media artist, I work across a variety of media, including short animations and graphics. I'm drawn to illustrating everyday objects because the things we keep say so much about us: what we value, the time we live in, and the culture we identify with. My hope is that you'll see something familiar in my work, and maybe a little of yourself in me.
That same spirit shapes my curatorial and administrative work. With more than seven years of experience in a variety of roles in various institutions, I curate for the rotating exhibitions program as a steward of the ATL Art Program at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, creating moments of discovery for audiences who might never visit a traditional gallery. Through my independent curatorial practice, I explore ideas that reflect Atlanta's identity while staying in conversation with global perspectives. This site is home for all of it. Take a look around, and check back as new work is added.
